How long will it take?

Regular shipping times for domestic orders are based on processing time plus shipping time.
Standard delivery orders will be processed within 1 BUSINESS DAY, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped.
Expedited delivery is guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days of purchase.
Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of purchase.
Please note: For purposes of calculating total ship time, the date of purchase will be the following day for any orders received after 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET. These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Our shipping partner is UPS so orders can’t be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.
RETURNS
Easy Returns & Exchanges:
If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges).
All returns may be made via mail. Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges.
To make a return or exchange, please complete and return the duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us or call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-600-4566 between 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. PST to obtain a return authorization number.
